i just drove a mini into a shipping container. woot extra storage space
The most recent car would be the Audi RS4 Cabriolet. I've also driven a few other cars in the past too, including a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII MR FQ-360 and a Porsche 996 911 C4S.
Got to drive a 69 stingray L46 (the hottest small block that year 350hp 380ft lbs.) It belongs to a female friends dad. After a he realized I new more about the car than him he offered the keys. Took the T-tops off and cruised the back roads. I hate to say it but I was a little disappointed. For starters it was a 3 speed automatic. The steering felt dangerously loose. Even if the steering was up to par I don't think my chest is hairy enough to find the limits. Nice car for cruising though.
An '87 Fiero. Taught myself how to drive manual, it was quite fun. I know it's a Fiero, but it's light, mid engined and rear drive and a blast to drive considering I've never driven a car with any of those characteristics. Bad mix though for someone as inexperienced as me I about put it in a ditch multiple times dropping it.
i drove C2 VTR sebastien loeb edition the other day. that lil' car is sensational - loads of powahh under the hood in such a car makes it crazy. you feel you need more speed - you can't drive it slowly. it can reach nearly 200 km/h and joining it with the rally sound of engine/exhaust it makes other people look very surprised :p

Drove a brand new Mazda RX8 231 at the weekend. Really, really impressive. I genuinely have no idea what's not to like about that noise that it makes.
The gearbox is an absolute wonder. Really, really nice. Given the amount of stirring you're doing to keep it in the good bit, it's probably just as well.
Only real downside was that as an enthusiast, I couldn't help but feel a bit guilty about redlining a car that only has 20 miles on the clock. But since it wasn't my car, I got through it with my conscience intact! :)

I didn't think we were including standard cars such as that...we'll end up with some extremely long posts if we are.
Well, to someone who can't drive within the eyes of the law, they're pretty special.

Do you mind doing an eggnog test of the Zamboni? Don't mean to be a jerk, but ownership of such a pantie dropper requires proof.
