My best looking car ever was a '37 Cadillac Series 90 V16 Roadster, with a body by Hartmann designed to look like a Figoni + Falaschi body (which he did very well). It was sold to a Swiss aristocrat of some kind. It's bounced around thorugh the years even having been sold as a real F+F bodied car. Right now it resides at the Blackhawk Auto Museum in California, where I saw it. It was an absolute drop dead gorgeous car, and I daresay is more than a little awe-inspiring. Definitely the car I think of when I think of the most beautiful car ever.

I really really love cars especially antique ones and the question gave me a change to google some images and be nostalgic.
I suppose some would favor the new designs and there is much to be said in their favor but my personal favorite is the Jaguar E type.
