i honestly find Quigg's chop more attractive. I think we may have finally found a use for Quiggs
actually mabe not, since it can't be too hard to take over from BMW's 'styling' department.

The funny thing is: If they looked like the camo car, people would still buy them.

I don't believe it will be that discreet as that. Maybe the final touches will transform it a lot.
That said, I don't simpathize with the new coupé as much as with the previous version.

As Hamster said, "You could stick the BMW badge on a dead cat and it would sell."

Proof of this- people buying the 3-Series and 5-Series.

I personally think that the last of the good-looking BMWs was the E46 3-Series. The only reason I find the Z4 Coupé attractive now is because its rivals are very bland and the other Beemers are just fugly. My tastes haven't really changed, they've been forced to adapt

there is still tape over the rear and front bumpers which are what really added the aggression to the E46 M3.

it does look a bit too mini-m5 for me though. needs broader shoulders.

v8's....v10's..... I'll miss the glorious i6. Besides, I agree that it looks like just another plain jane coupe.

    I'll take a 4dr 335i twin turbo thanks.

Here's another indicator, this one's a chop though (and I have to say the guy that did the chop is good), also taken from m3post.com.

    I won't. Not EVARRR!

There's two feet of flab over the rear wheelarches — The rear wheels look smaller than the front, there's so much unused visual mass back there.

the I-6 is simply not powerful enough to propel all the unnecessary gadgets that need to be supplied in standard trim these days. The size of the block has its limits.
