    right, well i need to get some votes for Linux, remember that some advanced phones (like the Nokia internet tablet) run on a version of Linux!

    Mac OS 10.4.2 Tiger...Windows sucks, but even if you wanted it you can actually run it on a Mac

    XP pro, Red hat and Mandrake. Haven't used either of the latter for donkey's.

    And MS Smartphone 2002 on my mobile. With the PC version of Doom on it. Sweet as.

    How good is the first 2 with some games mate? Are they more stable then XP??

    Well if you're counting both computers in the house, there's my Powerbook 12" running as I said Mac OS 10.4.2 and the family iBook 12" running the same but we may have to get Virtual PC 7 to emulate Windows just so that I can run some old games and a couple of other programs lol. I have the program, just need the crack for it!

    I guess we just got fed-up with PCs going wrong on Windows and I've seen that it's actually more stable running emulated on a Mac. This machine rocks!

    can you post pics of your desktop? for Mac, Linux and Solaris

    i've never seen what any of them look like but i've heard good things about them
